Marks the official co- production and distribution partnership agreement between content creation startup NotaBeneTV and Chinese broadcasting conglomerate, Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings.  The partnership includes a co-production, distribution deal and the content creation of two lifestyle, factual series. Phoenix is the largest privately-held broadcast conglomerate in all of China, and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
